You may be part of an identified group of claimants that were sent a Supplemental Notice.  If the bar code number listed above the address on your notice begins with a 2 or 3, then you may be allowed to file a claim after the claim filing deadline of November 30, 2007.  If you believe you have a claim, you will be allowed to file your claim up to 90 days from the date that you received your notice. If you do not have a claim, you do not need to file a proof of claim.
