This website has been developed for
the benefit of policyholders and claimants of the following companies:

The purpose of this website is to provide information regarding the liquidation
proceedings and the receivership’s claim filing instructions. It is the responsibility
of the claimant to verify any information contained on this website.
Please read
the following as it may impact your legal rights:
- All claimants who have a claim
against one of the above referenced companies must file a proof of claim (“POC”)
prior to the claims filing deadline for any claim, or any portion of a claim. Certain
claims which have or will be paid by a guaranty association, may not require the
filing of a POC. An insured under an occurrence policy is allowed to file a POC
for protection under these instruments. The POC and its instructions can be downloaded
from this website.
- Any and all claims against any of the above referenced companies
must be postmarked or otherwise delivered to the address listed above on or before November
30, 2007, at 11:59 p.m., C.S.T.
